Project based

Time and Resource (Hire our Manpower) model:

This service allows you to directly hire Web Designers, Flash Animators, Graphics Designers web programmers etc. from us at a fixed monthly price. You get a designer / programmer who is going to work for you 8 Hrs a day, 6 days a week and you will be his virtual project manager during this contract period. You can hire a designer or developer @ 1500.00 USD/month/resource.

The model is effective when the project is complex and one does not have detailed technical specifications and one likes to "develop" the project as it grows. The model is also suitable if you are looking at hiring a dedicated resource to do a lot of varied stuff and would just like to have someone to do your job as you are tied up with some other stuff.

Advantage:

• The project specifications can be flexible and can take into account the flux created by doing something innovative in a dynamic market place.
• Offers complete control of the resources and provides regular feedback on the work status.
• You do not have to invest in fixed costs or worry about hiring the right resource – we will take care of all that - this allows you to concentrate on your core activities and not be dragged into support activities.

Project based (Fixed Time & Cost) model:

In this model the complete project from the start to finish is undertaken for a fixed cost for a given set of agreed specifications. You and JIPL agree to a fixed price and timelines for a project at the beginning of a project. This is a popular engagement model which clients feel comfortable dealing with as it gives them a budget and timeline that is fixed. JIPL has perfected this model and is proficient at delivering at high quality design & development in time and within budget.

The above model works best for routine projects where the specifications are fixed and detailed and routine in nature.

• Client does not have to worry about the cost escalations as the project is inflation proof for set of agreed specifications.
• This model offers the least amount of inputs from the client side whether it is in terms of time or resources - thus allowing you to multi task in the true sense.

Dedicated offshore development (Retainer ship) model:

If you are looking for a complete team of programmers, designers, testers and business analyst working "dedicatedly" for your projects without the hassles associated with building and maintaining a team, then this model offers you all that you want and at reduced costs!
The model is best when you would like to have a team working on a number of different projects for a given minimum term period (minimum of one year).
